Warren Klein has over 30 years of hands-on experience in heavy duty remanufacturing and aftermarket distribution. Warren was the founder and former CEO of TransAxle Corp. During his tenure at TransAxle, Warren led the corporation's expansion, consistently increasing revenue and EBITDA. TransAxle was expanded from one to 18 branch locations along the Eastern Seaboard, serving multi-state regions. TransAxle grew to become the largest East Coast remanufacturer of transmissions, differentials, hydraulic pumps, axles, and other specialized components for medium/heavy duty trucks and equipment. In 2006, TransAxle was recapitalized by Graham Partners, a private equity firm with over $1.5 billion under management.
KGI Partners was founded for the purpose of entering into new business ventures. We are currently seeking to make investments in the commercial vehicle sector. Our target market is comprised of heavy duty aftermarket distribution companies that are normally too large for an individual to acquire and too small for a private equity firm.
Our philosophy is centered on partnering with existing management teams to provide the support necessary for successful growth. As experienced operators, we know what is needed to grow and succeed in today’s competitive business environment.
